Carla began her career with Kowit & Company Real Estate Group over 20 years ago. She owned and managed her family business for over 30 years which included a 125,000 s/f shopping center. This enables her to bring a unique perspective to the commercial real estate business. She has firsthand knowledge of both tenant and landlord representation through her transactions. She specializes in Landlord Representation for retail and office properties. In addition, she has years of experience with land sales, site assembly, and shopping center leasing of all forms, from a small neighborhood strip center to the ground up leasing of major regional power centers.
